Often you hear the phrase: "you are not your illness", but it's woefully inaccurate. My illness has shaped every part of my life, from my outlook to my work ethic. It's the force that drives me, and it's the force that drains me.

As a sick person, your existence is confronting, upsetting, and the world aims to quietly erase it.

This is a collection of songs about my experiences advocating for myself in healthcare settings, and remembering who I was before it all.

This album is a tribute to illness; the disabled and the invisible everywhere.

Artwork is a vectorized pencil sketch of an NJ tube, used to treat the severe wasting that often accompanies my condition.
